Our team is made up of former teachers, teacher trainers, and software engineers; professionals from the international development field, cognitive sciences, UX design, and more. This diversity not only makes us stronger but it also positively impacts how we work with communities across the globe.

     Our Perks*

Flexible work environment - We are a fully remote team with teammates around the world. We are intentional about connecting with each other on a regular basis, and we have flexible work hours to support our team’s diverse work styles and personal lives.

Paid time off - We do our best work when rested; we value mental health, family time, and time for self care. We encourage you to take time off as needed! We offer 25 days of paid vacation, 14 paid holidays, and 5 days of paid health leave per year. 

Health and wellness benefits - We cover health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus offer monthly wellness benefits.

Support for parents - New parents get 16 weeks paid parental leave, and we offer a dependent care FSA.

Constant Improvement Fund - We budget $2,400 per year for each member to do professional learning or to make their home a more comfortable, productive work environment.

Retirement - We help you save for the future with a 3% contribution to a 401(k) plan, regardless of what you contribute, and we increase our contribution after you’ve been on the team for 4+ years
