Yes, we have people on-site are capable of fixing issues and making upgrades

Not on-site but we do have people on call who come in to maintain and upgrade the platform

A lot: We put efforts into training people, specifically for KA Lite

Considerable: Some training as needed, but use of KA Lite has been largely self-driven by learners or teachers
